Problem:
A foundation with a meaningful mission had long been trying to reach a younger audience—without success. The content they published wasn’t engaging, and their donor base was aging. The board knew that if nothing changed, the future of the organization could be at risk.
Analysis and Diagnosis:
The communication lacked emotion, storytelling, and a format tailored to the target audience. Their social media presence was… adequate, but uninspiring.
Actions:
We created a creative educational campaign centered around storytelling. Using Meta Ads and TikTok, we developed content that shared the real stories of the people the foundation supports and highlighted the impact of their work. Authenticity was key.
